Black Rose Financial Services Inc.’s lending arrangements occur in our local Niagara area and neighbouring regions. Specifically, we conduct a great deal of business along the QEW, from Fort Erie to Hamilton, then from Hamilton west to Woodstock, then directly south to Lake Erie and back again.  We also do some limited lending in Burlington and east to Toronto.
